Privacy policy
How TicketSprint handles personal data on this website.
Last updated August 2026
Who is responsible
TicketSprint, part of EventSprint is the controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out below, write to privacy@ticketsprint.com.
What this site collects
This is a marketing website. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you between visits. The only place it collects anything is the contact form.
When you submit that form we receive the name, work email address, company size and message you typed, so that we can reply to you.
Why, and on what basis
We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to hold the resulting conversation. Under the GDPR our basis is legitimate interest in replying to someone who has asked us to get in touch — you chose to contact us, and a reply is what you were after.
We do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a contact-form submission, and we do not sell or share what you send with anyone outside the processors listed below.
Who processes it
Running the site and answering enquiries involves a small number of service providers, acting on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages. Handles the IP address and request metadata inherent in serving any web page.
- The EventSprint application — receives contact-form submissions and stores them so we can reply.
- Our email provider — carries the correspondence that follows.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to privacy@ticketsprint.com and we will respond within one month.
You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and embeds no third-party trackers. There is nothing here for a cookie banner to ask you about.
Changes
We will update this page if what we do changes, and change the date at the top. This version is from August 2026.
